    Horrible Experience! Had to wait in line for a very long time, the two ladies running did nothing but complain and talk poorly about the other company, when ever one of their carriages came by, Very unprofessional! Very Rude, we got tired of the horrible situation and left, we weren't the only ones leaving, another couple joined us and we both went to the other company and had a wonderful carriage ride, we even shared the ride, paid less for the 30min and the line was managed much more professional!!!

    Awesome. They gave me an auto loan when nobody else would. I always get quick personal attention. Fast responses to email inquiries. Minimal hold times. The staff are eager to help and are very nice and personable. Cannot be beat.

    I also felt that this company served me well - for many, many years. Then, due to a miscommunication between my partner and I and dire personal circumstances which were, admittedly, my fault, I lapsed my insurance. I had paid year after year for 6 straight years. 1 claim. 700+ credit. And the underwriter would not renew us. Now I'm forced to pay in full for maybe 2 years due to no compassion from Frankenmuth. DON'T miss a payment as they are ruthless. I am compassionate and understand they have a job to do, and yet under my circumstances there was no compassion back. Zero.

    I'm writing this review on behalf of my Fiance as well. After my Fiance spent the past month driving to Frankenmuth, paying for the carriages and planning a proposal, they had to cancel our reservation due to weather. While I absolutely appreciate that they didn't work the horses in the cold weather, I wish they would have recommended/referred him to another company to help with proposals. My boyfriends hard work went to waste and he was left empty handed the day of the proposal. I wish the company would've been more thoughtful in helping my Fiance on this special day after canceling. He was extremely disappointed.
